CHARTER FOR COMPASSION / WORLD

On November 10, 2009, CNN's Christiane Amanpour talked to Karen Armstrong and Rabbi David Saperstein about the Charter for Compassion movement.  Amanpour asks: 

"Let's cut to the chase. We have what we just showed from Israel and the Palestinian territories. We have President Obama, who's just been eulogizing and speaking about those who were shot at the military base at Fort Hood, Texas. Can compassion really make a dent in this deeply entrenched religious, ethnic tension?"
