<title>I was running by the river when a dog charged at my feet and almost knccked me down. I was mad. The owner hollered a meek apology. The dog was mischevous. The owner lived the dog, I could tell. I was annoyed but unhurt. &#8220;It&#8217;s OK&#8221; I said, and ran along the trail.</title>
