Allende is a city in the Mexican state of Nuevo León. It is part of the citrus region. It is located in the southeast of the State of Nuevo León, at the foot of the Sierra Madre Oriental. It has an area of 148.5 km², representing 0.22% of the total extension of the State. Due to its geographical position, valleys and hills ranging from 300 meters above sea level in the Northeast part, to 1,640 meters above sea level in the Southwest part of the municipality are observed in its territory.
