Compassion in a Time of Pandemic - Reflections from Australia - Tuesdays (Australia) May 5 to June 9, 2020

Organized and presented by the Australian Compassion Council, Several well-known Australians are featured in a 6-program series of webinars that explore compassion across social cohesion, landscape design, ethical leadership, music, creativity and an entire continent.

Compassionate Training for Caregivers and Children - Two offerings, either Tuesdays or Thursdays, ongoing through April 2020

Like many families right now, we are trying to balance our jobs (which may have changed in a significant manner the past couple weeks) and educating our children at home. These are not easy tasks individually, so when you put them together, things may feel pretty stressful.

Once a week, for 30-45 minutes, we will come together via zoom and share some information as well as some tools to help children (and adults!) cope with some of the big thoughts, feelings, and emotions they may be experiencing.

The program utilizes information and skills from Compassionate Integrity Training (CIT) and SEE Learning, as well as decades of parenting experience.

Coming Home - March 30 through April 14, 2020

By seeking ways to sustain a calm and focused mind and to touch into our capacity for generosity and compassion, we can foster our best self as we face the difficult weeks ahead.  Learn practices of being mindful, compassionate and resilience.

Resiliency and Practice - beginning March 18, 2020
COVID-19 is impacting everyone. In addition to the physical challenges the virus presents, we know many are feeling increased anxiety, stress and loneliness. We want to do what we can to help. To this end, the Charter for Compassion and Life University's Center for Compassion, Integrity and Secular Ethics have teamed up to offer two free online gatherings per week for the foreseeable future to share resiliency skills and contemplative practices from Compassionate Integrity Training (CIT). These webinars will offer practical self-care skills and provide a forum to connect with others from around the globe.
