Compassionate Yoga is a community mind-body-soul wellness program that leads Open Your Heart to the Sky, an Outdoor Yoga Wellness Series. Our primary purpose is for you to cultivate compassion & enhance your spiritual growth.
In every day life, we learn that compassion is a practice. With love, patience, and practice, compassion can manifest in all areas of your life. We offer compassion training through weekly yoga classes that incorporates Vinyasa Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Heart Rhythm Meditation, Shamatha Meditation, and Ananda Yoga.
It's our mission for our students to adopt a compassionate lifestyle. Students learn to practice compassion for others, compassion for those different from them, compassion for those they don't like or those who don't like them, compassion for those they care about, compassion for all living things, and of course compassion inward for themselves.
