Fernando Fuentes Garcia is a self-taught sculptor specializing in bronze.

The equine essence and the divine coexistence between the natural forms of plants, water and human substance, are the basis on which he builds his work.

His work has been represented by art galleries in Mexico and exhibited in more than 58 individual and collective exhibitions in his country, highlighting the individual ones hosted by the Centro Cultural Arte AC, the Centro Cultural Vito Alessio Robles and the Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey, on which highlights; the criticism of the academic, writer and literary critic Víctor Barrera Enderle and that of the poet, playwright and writer Javier Treviño Castro, published in the Vanguardia newspaper.

His work was featured in the book Visual Artists of Nuevo León, Guide 2019, published by the Council for Culture and the Arts of Nuevo León and has been acquired by organizations such as Grupo Proeza, Dow AgroSciences de México, Impulsa Nuevo León, Ganadería January 21, Capellanía Agricultural Society, Agribrands Purina México and Grupo Acosta Verde. His career has earned him the distinction of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, to develop a sculptural proposal as a monumental project.

In the conviction of transmitting the unique and vital contribution of art and sculpture to society and contributing to a better Mexico, Fernando regularly writes cultural and political opinion articles.
