Sister Henrita Frost and Sara Neall are two bloggers at the Charter for Compassion. The two bloggers have embarked on an ambitious plan to work together  to create a year-long series of posts, exploring compassion using Karen Armstrong's book The 12 Steps to a Compassionate Life.
