The company specializes in Personal Development Consultation and Business Mentoring. With more than 20 years of Counseling and Life-Coaching experience, we assist individuals and groups to overcome difficult areas in their lives and reach their dreams and objectives. We present Life-Enrichment and Personal Mastery Experiential Workshops and Metaphysical Training to empower individuals to live a more authentic and fulfilled life. We also Assist and Mentor Entrepreneurs with New Venture Creation, as well as Coach Seasonal Managers in Business Development and Transformational Leadership. Whatever we do will be governed by this vision – “how can we bring about transformation, and cause higher consciousness in the perception of people’s (our clients) orientation to life, and through that to cause a ripple effect in preparation of a better world for our children’s children.”
Introduction: Background to the Industry & Services offered.
Being involved with grassroots Community Development Projects in the past, has given us deeper insight towards the tremendous gap that exists in the impartation of mechanisms towards survival, and the constant dependency on Organisational input and Leadership motivation to implement skills imparted. It is almost as if you have to tell people what they are worth - giving them millions and then allow them to have a holiday while destroying the earth - they simply don’t grasp the purpose for living. We believe there are more ways to bring about effective change in society, on primary level as well as within corporate structures. We can create a better world for our children to live in and there is no need for South-Africa to remain entrenched in a social defragmented disorganisation of wealth and development. With daily contact with the key elements and role-players that can bring a turn-around to a corrupted and crime infested environment in society – it has encouraged us further to be that instrument of change. This may entail further impartation of specific skills and academic training to individuals to be more effective in the execution of their passion and mission in life, in order to bring about a transformation to our living environments. Transformative learning is more than a shift in one’s thought, it is a shift in consciousness itself, and that’s what we are passionate about in life.
Successful transformation requires knowledge of how individuals and groups respond to change. Our approach to Individual Coaching and Business Mentoring covers all the stages of change assessment, product or process design and evaluation, in order to deliver customised interventions that empower our clients to become more successful in their endeavours. Experience has proved that the inner orientation of the leader and the worker produce the results we attract to ourselves and the results they deliver as collective business. When we focus on the transformation of Consciousness, relationships, work and play take on a new dynamic.
