United Muslim Association of Toledo Youth is an organization geared towards empowering the Muslim youth of Toledo by uniting them under one banner.
UMAT youth promotes civic engagement and unity amongst Toledo's Muslim Youth.DescriptionUnited Muslim Association of Toledo Youth is divided into three committees which are composed of political initiatives, social justice and community engagement.
The political initiative helps engage the interest of the Muslim youth in politics to better understand how the political system in the United States works. The social justice committee is responsible for organizing take taking part in projects that give back to the community. Community outreach is the sector of UMAT youth that promotes community togetherness through events and workshops.
We strive to build a better community for the Youth in Toledo. A place where they feel connected, comfortable, and challenged by the opportunities offered. An avenue for growth and development.
