Founder Glenn Montgomery is a seasoned consultant, trusted adviser, dynamic facilitator, and licensed work performance coach. He draws from three decades of experience and his own journey of discovery and reinvention to help people successfully navigate transitions of their own and connect more deeply to their vital purpose.

Like a character actor, Glenn has excelled in many roles – sometimes as lead, other times supporting. From software developer at multi-national corporations like Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) Willamette Industries (now Weyerhauser), and International Business Systems, to sustainability adviser at the State of Oregon, to executive director, co-founder, and board member of several non-profit organizations, Glenn has honed his ability to adapt and thrive in new and changing environments. He applies his unique knowledge and practical experience to support each client engagement, asking pivotal questions and sharing lessons learned in ways that help people chart a fresh course and embark on their own journey with a greater degree of confidence and success.
