CapacityWise Community Development
CapacityWise has been established in response to the capacity building needs of nonprofit community service organizations and other stakeholders involved in community engagement and development work in the Greater Toronto Area.
We believe that the guiding principles of equity, transparency, co-learning and mutual benefit establishes the basis of respect, trust and sustainability.
In our capacity building facilitation work, we focus on the quality of engagement with all stakeholders and the promotion of learning and change from within. When all stakeholders develop the capacity to find their own solution and adapt to change, their work will have a lasting impact.
