Rural Women and Children Development Organization
Rural Women and Children Development is a non-profit organization operating in the Northern region of the republic of Ghana. The organization was established in 2001 and has its headquarters based in Tamale, the regional capital of Northern region. The organization's main areas of work are economic empowerment of women and girls in the area of agribusiness and artworks, advocacy for the fundamental human rights of women and girls such as rights to education, health care, and shelter, and peace building in the communities.
