West Michigan’s Inclusive Spiritual Connection is pleased to announce their partnership with Charter For Compassion.

To celebrate this relationship, we are excited to announce a special public event with the Rev. Dr. Joan Brown Campbell. Dr. Campbell co-founder of the Charter with Karen Armstrong and currently serves as the chair of their Board Of Trustees as well as the Global Compassion Council.

Learning Compassionate action early on with Dr. Martin Luther King, Dr. Campbell has continued to live a compassionate life, working with Nelson Mandela, Desmond
Tutu, Pope John Paul II, among others.

The first woman to head the US Office of the World Council Of Churches and the Director Of Religion at the Chautauqua Institution, Rev. Campbell has been a woman of firsts her entire life.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Dr. Campbell to West Michigan for this event and we hope to see you at this special evening.

We also are pleased to include in this special event, award winning musical artists Channing And Quinn, who will offer a special performance crafted for this moving and powerful evening of compassion and wisdom.
