Wisdom, compassion, and courage are the three universally recognized moral qualities of humans. Confucius

How do you get unstuck from suffering and be compassion’s presence? Through the practice of the compassion of “I love you enough.” In June’s Compassion’s Circle connect your wisdom and courage with compassionate action. Through facilitated mindful practices, share compassion with yourself, others, and the world. The experiences may include guided meditation, individual & group expressions of compassion, and movement. At the end of each Circle, learn a tool for strengthening compassionate awareness.

A $10 good will offering is requested.
