Hyacinth as a Creative Entrepreneur, CEO and Founder of the EMPOWER 7 © method. A Women’s Personal Empowerment Programme.  A Life Strategist | Soul Alignment Coach |  Author and International Speaker, she supports Women 35+ who have been through trauma to “Stand up for their Soul” to rediscover more freedom and happiness.

She has overcome 30 + years of personal adversity too.  From growing up in a notorious estate in Hackney, London in the UK, surviving the environment and then thriving after many profound personal challenges. She is in a unique position to understand the tougher side of life and teach the tools to break through.

Hyacinth supports women to connect with their authentic selves at soul level, empowering them to create a new and better life, regardless of their story. Expressing her core values, Hyacinth gently encourages women to experience life on the other side of trauma with more freedom, inner peace and spiritual connection.

As an author, poet and international speaker, she impacts by sharing her story openly with actionable steps and compassion to overcome any adversity or challenge life may present. 

Hyacinth is also a Partner and Ambassador for the Charter for Compassion International in the Women and Girls Initiative part of the Gender Partnerships Sector. As a Core Circle Member on a small but mighty team they are making impact and imprints.

She holds sacred space for women to evolve organically in her Sister Circles, Signature Program, Workshops, The Aligned Way experience and 21 Day Soul Embodiment experience. She is the Author of  ‘7 Steps to Overcoming Adversity and Transforming your Life’ (Self Help book), ‘Roses DO grow from Concrete’ (Her Lifetime Poetry) and 3rd book will be released in October 2022.

Hyacinth has a deep rooted desire to serve and has worked in the community as a Campaigner, Activist, Outreach/ Engagement worker and Volunteer for 35 years and has been awarded a “Woman of Honour” Award in 2018 by Divas of Colour for her Services to the Community alongside a prominent MP.  She has also appeared on East London Radio and BBC Breakfast, been featured in various Local and National newspapers including theThe Telegraph, Guardian, Fabulous, MyLondon and appeared on Websites, Magazines and Organisations talking about Adversity and Women's issues.
