  3. Massage – A relaxing massage will help ease your body of tension and free your mind of the worries and stresses of the day. Long-term studies have shown that a consistent massage program can reduce diastolic and systolic blood pressure.
  4. Maintain a proper diet –Eating the right foods our bodies need will help stave off anxiety. Fruits, veggies, and foods with high omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to reduce anxiety.
  5. Friends – Social support from friends and family can help you get through stressful times. Being part of a friend network gives you a sense of belonging and self-worth, which can help you in tough times.
