My studio is in Wishkah in an old blue grocery store. I call it Wishkah Blue. I am at home in the Rocky Mountains and the Pacific Northwest. I know these beautiful surroundings have a profound influence on my visual vocabulary.

Leaves, feathers and shells are constant textures, while the human female torso, wings, seedpods, and aspens, among other natural presences, currently influence my organic-shaped forms. Building and firing hand-built and wheel-thrown pottery and sculpture for more than thirty years, I have shared my visions with many art lovers. My palette of environmental textures and rich color attracts students willing to try the mastery of modified Raku & stoneware. Look for those same inspirational textures and shape in my pottery, drawings & silver work. Visit Early Clay
