  1. World Wildlife Fund (WWF): WWF is one of the world's largest and most influential conservation organizations. It focuses on protecting biodiversity, promoting sustainable practices, and combating climate change. WWF works globally in collaboration with governments, businesses, and communities to preserve critical habitats, conserve species, and advocate for sustainable development.
     
  2. Greenpeace: Greenpeace is an international environmental NGO known for its direct action campaigns and advocacy work. It addresses a wide range of issues such as climate change, deforestation, overfishing, and pollution. Greenpeace conducts research, lobbies for policy change, and raises awareness through non-violent protests to promote environmental protection and sustainability.

Friends of the Earth engages in advocacy, grassroots organizing, and policy analysis to promote sustainable development and environmental justice.
     
  5. Rainforest Alliance: The Rainforest Alliance works to conserve biodiversity and promote sustainable livelihoods by transforming land-use practices, business practices, and consumer behavior. It focuses on forests, agriculture, and tourism, providing certifications, training, and support to promote sustainable practices and responsible supply chains.
     
  6. 350.org: 350.org is a global grassroots movement focused on addressing climate change. It aims to build a broad-based coalition to push for policies and actions that reduce carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere to a safe level of 350 parts per million. 350.org organizes campaigns, mobilizes communities, and advocates for renewable energy and divestment from fossil fuels.
     
  7. Environmental Defense Fund (EDF): EDF is a science-based organization that tackles pressing environmental challenges, including climate change, ecosystem restoration, and sustainable agriculture. EDF combines science, economics, and law to advocate for innovative solutions and market-based approaches that balance environmental protection and economic growth.
     
  8. Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC): NRDC is an environmental advocacy organization that works to safeguard public health and protect the planet's natural resources. NRDC focuses on issues such as climate change, clean energy, sustainable agriculture, and water conservation. It uses scientific research, litigation, and policy advocacy to drive environmental change.
