I am a Professional Certified Advanced Professional Bowenwork Practitioner and Massage Therapy Instructor and Master Massage Therapist. I enjoy my work and am very fortunate to be able to help people alleviate pain and bring better balance to their bodies.

I am a weaver, a knitter,crocheter and not so much now a spinner. Fiber is an endless source of pleasure for me. I love fiber, color and texture and all things handmade. I enjoy being part of the process of creation.

I am a pilot, a voracious reader and a gardener. I am what I am and I enjoy life.
