The Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, apolitical educational organization that provides certified Muslim speakers to promote awareness about Islam and Muslims. Its mission is to counter prejudice and discrimination against Muslim Americans by teaching about their traditions and contributions in the context of America’s history and cultural diversity, while building relations between American Muslims and other groups.
The ISB provides hundreds of presentations, training seminars, workshops, and panel discussions annually in schools, colleges and universities, law enforcement agencies, healthcare facilities, and community organizations as part of cultural diversity curricula and programs. Reaching hundreds of groups and thousands of individuals a year at the grassroots level, ISB is building bridges among Americans of all backgrounds.
Vision
The Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta envisions a world in which people of diverse backgrounds are understood and respected and their contributions valued, and in which American Muslim communities play a vital role in promoting values of inclusion and coexistence.

Principles
We are educators and a bridge between Islam and Americans of other faiths.
We emphasize sustainable local outreach and building honest and long-term relationships as an effective process for understanding Islam and Muslims.
We stress face-to-face interaction, an approach that is most powerful in overcoming stereotypes and prejudices.
Our programs help promote religious understanding and facilitate interaction between public institutions and Muslim-Americans.
We work as a trusted source of information on Islam.
