The Opportunity

Most of us feel deeply concerned about the pressing global issues of our time and feel the need to communicate better, also across borders. Many of us listen to podcasts aligned with our values. And yet, many of us can feel isolated in our care and are longing for meaningful social connections and a desire for (more) collective actions. To meet this challenge we are facilitating empathic dialogue cafés so you can deeply connect with caring people.

The Invitation

Our Charter for Compassion Community invites you to join our online Dialogue Cafés sessions to foster empathy, connection and social change:

Under the Charter for Compassion (CfC) umbrella, we aim to cultivate a caring peer community for connecting participants of three transformative programs:

The sessions are built around inspiring podcasts and give you a safe space to share, connect and build character strengths and life skills.

Dialogue Process

We facilitate these online sessions in small groups of 3-4 participants in order to experience the depth, vulnerability, and courage necessary to nurture empathic dialogues across differences. All of our sessions are structured around dialogue agreements to create a safe environment for empathic interactions.  This method is developed by Crossing Borders Education (CBE), an international non-profit organisation for personal transformation and dialogue across differences.

Personal Impact

The intended outcomes for our participants are:

  • an experience of meaningful peer connections

  • an open space for uplifting dialogue around pressing issues

  • an opportunity for cultivating community building and belonging
