Craig Aarons-Martin is the founder and CEO of CCM Education Group, a leading education consulting agency and progressive think tank committed to co-creating solutions in leadership, cultures of belonging, change management, and equity. With a mission rooted in transformation and justice, Craig’s work extends beyond pre-K–12 education into corporate and organizational spaces, helping partners embed inclusion and belonging into the heart of their culture.
He is also the creator of several groundbreaking frameworks, including the Brave Frameworks and the H.E.A.R.T. Framework, which offer visionary approaches to culturally responsive leadership and systems-level change.
