Support Our Gala Presenters and the Charter for Compassion in Furthering the Concept of Architects of Justice

War is Not a Woman’s Game

Yael Deckelbaum and the Mothers are producing a new videoclip, “War is Not a Woman’s Game." Listen to the song. Get filming instructions with various options for involvement. Be a part of a global movement of women and men who support them and work to put an end to war.

Building a New Ukraine

The word razom means “together” in Ukrainian and serves as a constant reminder of the community that it takes to create, build and do. Razom creates spaces where people meet, partner and work together to unlock the potential of Ukraine. They maintain a relentless focus on the needs on the ground to support Ukraine and on opportunities to amplify voices from Ukraine in conversations in the United States. They operate in Ukraine as Razom Dlia Ukraini (Разом Для України) and collaborate with organizations and individuals to deliver the highest impact.

Contact them through their website.

The Golden Sunrise Project

Help support the work of Gen-Z filmmaker Kasha Slavner by promoting screening of 1.5 Degrees of Peace. Visit her website to learn how to offer screenings of the film and accompanying workshops.

Charter for Compassion

The Charter for Compassion has two projects that were launched this year in which you can become immediately involved: the Co-Creators Map, an opportunity that allows you to be visible, without your name and e-mail address, but can connect you with like-minded people to explore ideas, create new projects locally and across borders, and the Grassroots Wisdom Book. Share your personal, organizational or community stories enabling others to replicate in their own communities. Both of these opportunities are ready for you to use and share.

Another project, Youth Collaborating for Compassion, of which we are extremely proud, is our joint effort with the Foundation for Peace and Compassionate Leadership. This co-initiative supports the self-directed development of young leaders through global intercultural/inter-school conversations and action-learning projects. These projects are initiated at the Middle and High School level by the students themselves (with the support of their teachers) and are aimed at developing in them the skills for empathy, collaboration, problem solving and action at the local and global levels. If you are an interested youth or work with youth and want to collaborate with others to bring about change you see necessary, please contact us.

Join us in promoting GoldenRuleism. GoldenRuleism rises from the expanded application of the moral and ethical precept most widely embraced by the majority of humanity. Many of us know it as The Golden Rule. Though The Golden Rule is generally rooted in the world’s major religions, anyone can choose to live by it.

Our Number One Rule has universal applicability.

Simply said, when we choose to live our lives in accord with the intent of The Golden Rule, we adopt sets of morals and ethics to guide us. They relate to what we internalize as “right” and “wrong” conduct.

Learn more about GoldeRuleism, download the GoldenRuleism booklet and learn more about its background. Review some of the suggested practices and actions you can take.
