DAY 5
Day 5: The Quiet at 2 AM
February 5 @ 8:00 AM PST
Faith Traditions: Namdhari Sikh
Presenter: Atma Kaur Narinder
* * *
What happens when the world is still, and we meet ourselves in silence?
The Quiet at 2 AM is a reflective and intimate session exploring the creation of sacred space in the earliest hours of the day—when distractions fade, the mind softens, and the heart listens more closely. Rooted in the lived experience of Atma Kaur Narinder, this gathering draws from the Namdhari Sikh tradition, in which early-morning prayer and meditation are woven into daily life as a way of aligning the self with devotion, discipline, and inner clarity.
In this session, Atma Kaur shares why beginning the day at 2:00 a.m. holds meaning for her, how that quiet time becomes a personal sanctuary, and what she continues to learn through returning to it again and again. Offered as a personal reflection rather than instruction, the session honors experience over expertise and presence over perfection.
There is no expectation to adopt a particular practice, follow a method, or “do it right.” Instead, participants are invited into a gentle pause—a moment to reflect on what sacred space might look like in their own lives, especially in times of stillness, solitude, or transition.
This session welcomes people of all faiths, spiritual paths, and levels of experience. Together, we will rest briefly in the quiet before the day unfolds, listening for what emerges when the world sleeps and the heart awakens.
All are welcome. Come as you are.
