Carlos Ordoñez
Carlos Ordoñez is a multilingual, intercultural communicator, and values-driven leader with nearly three decades of international experience spanning higher education, nonprofit leadership, student well-being, and strategic communications.
He has built his career at the intersection of education and global engagement, serving in senior roles at institutions such as Tec de Monterrey, American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, Nemak, and Up With People.
As a passionate relationship-builder and systems thinker, Carlos has collaborated with C-suite executives, faith-based organizations, and grassroots organizations in more than 20 countries.
He is currently in the process to become a certified Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT) facilitator.
