Presented by: Catalyzing Healthy Cultural Transformation is being offered through a Charter partnership with Stable Planet Alliance

In a time of growing uncertainty and challenge, this course offers more than insight — it offers community. A place to weather the storms, deepen your thinking, and explore new ways of being.

You won’t just be absorbing new information (you already carry a wealth of knowledge). Instead, you’ll be developing the tools — with others — to become a more effective change agent. Spoiler alert: the heart of this work is helping people think more deeply and holistically. You’ll learn how to guide others in observing their emotions and reactions, and in creating the space needed to process and grow. We call those who do this Evolutionary Catalysts. And we’ll be equipping you with the tools to become one.

You’ll gain strategies to help people move from anxiety about climate change and other pressing issues to a clearer understanding of the underlying systems that drive these crises.

This broader, more nuanced grasp of our interconnected “polycrisis” lays the foundation for bold, compassionate, and transformational leadership.

Along the way, you’ll co-create a caring and resilient learning community — one that can hold space for pain, overwhelm, and anger, and also celebrate growth and breakthroughs.

Together, we will sharpen our collective ability to make sense of a complex world. Even more, you will become a more skillful communicator, equipped to foster transformative change.

Stable Planet Alliance, the sponsor of this course, supports a growing cohort of Evolutionary Catalysts. Our mission is bold: to spark a global commitment to do everything necessary — within the realm of care — to pull out of our ecological nosedive and build a just, compassionate, and sustainable world.

Meet the facilitators

Pam Pence

Pam Pence - Chief operations officer

Pam, Stable Planet's focal point in our collaborative leadership team, is a dedicated humanity and Earth Advocate, applying her business, somatic trauma healing, generative discussions facilitator and spiritual guide skills where ever she is led! She’s earned her MBA, CPA, and various certificates as yoga therapist, practitioner of healing modalities and meditation teacher over several careers. Pam awoke to our ecological overshoot after the start of the Covid pandemic, noticing how the sheer number of humans was exacerbating all other issues. With her long-time spiritual perspective she sees that our deeply imbedded belief in separation causes disconnection from ourselves, other humans, non-human beings, ecosystems, and Earth. She is managing the operations of Stable Planet Alliance, acting as focal point for our collaborative leadership team, and managing several of our community projects about the new story we can choose to create.
