EduVision was formed in 1977 and focuses on management consulting and professional development. EduVision is a combination of education and vision – essential foundations for success. Our mission is “Providing managers with education, tools and training to solve today’s problems and prepare for tomorrow’s challenges.” We have a set of organizational values that include a commitment to professional behavior and ethical conduct.
We have worked with clients in Canada, the USA, Caribbean, Central Asia and South Africa. We work in both public and private sectors in both privately owned and publicly owned enterprises.
Leadership and team development is the core of our consulting work – (see our menu of consulting services). To assist in our consulting work we have developed relationships with several organizations including Lumina Learning who provide world-leading state-of-the-art tools and assessments. We work on the basis of recognizing the unique nature of our client’s cultures and strive where practical to integrate existing tools and approaches that clients might already have adopted.
