The Institute for Compassionate Leadership prepares and trains authentic leaders to tackle tomorrow’s toughest challenges. Combining authentic relationship building as popularized by the Obama campaign, mindfulness and empathy tools from the Buddhist tradition, and conscious business techniques we empower leaders to become more open to who they are through our training and job placement organization. In turn, they can awaken lasting change in society.

We focus on taking young, talented leaders and offering them a six month program wherein they receive the following services:

• Executive coaching on not just what you want to do but who you want to be as a leader
• Mentorship from within the area of social change you aspire to
• An in-depth authenticity training program that offers philosophy and practical tools
• Networking to get you a job doing the work you find meaningful
