Women Nobel Peace Prize recipients can be the “VANGUARD” of a GMofNV. The plan is designed for the Nobel Women, together with other non-governmental women leaders, to capture and “keep” the attention of the world and the media. The people must now unite to support the Nobel Women to promotion of a GMofNV. A GMofNV can be the largest movement of nonviolence the world has ever seen.
