Excellence for the Greater Good and the Compassionate Cities Alliance
Excellence for the Greater Good – a business and institutional consulting and alliance network to support and empower projects, initiatives and strategies that will serve to benefit the greater good. Leverage a BOLD challenge to business leaders, entrepreneurs, activists and citizens to positively impact the world by taking on some of the most serious global challenges as business and investment opportunities – and to generally broaden awareness and leverage EXCELLENCE in business and human performance in ways that will benefit the greater good. The goal and responsibility is to support and empower the incredible movement of mindful and compassion-based leadership that has resulted in the growth of purpose-driven business and effective altruism. A key element of this model is to engage the dialogue around positive actions by sharing success and information with the public and exponential communities on Greater Good Action that they can support, replicate and/or access. A new EFTGG initiative, called the Compassionate Cities Alliance and Academy, will work to bridge the gap between mindfulness practitioners and private and public sector interests to support and expand the adoption and development of compassion-based programs that will support the growing culture of mindful leadership and compassion, foster positive, effective, and caring shifts in interpersonal relationships, areas of conflict, policy, practices, education, employment, and health.
