Communities that Care

The UW Center for Communities That Care distributes the CTC system in a variety of formats. We help communities learn about CTC and install it — and offer personalized support in its implementation.

The Center announces new eCTC web workshops — filled with instructional videos, materials, and our latest research. We provide strategic consultation to communities and states using our workshops, and support a learning community of CTC coordinators.

CTC was developed by J. David Hawkins, Ph.D., and Richard F. Catalano Ph.D., through over 20 years of research and collaboration with communities across the country.
