hywtas (hi-wa-tass) is the acronym for hitch your wagon to a star. This is the business name under which I offer my life coaching, training and speaking services. I support individuals in realizing self-love and self-care that enables them to find happiness and fulfillment that can then be paid forward to others within their sphere of influence. My focus is on supporting caregivers. Compassion for others must begin with self-compassion.
