Community Choice & Inclusion
We are a not for profit community enterprise based in West Wales and we promote diversity and inclusion for all.
We promote inclusion by:
- Working with key agencies to develop capacity for change through training courses, mentoring, support and community development projects
- Facilitating support around Advance Care Planning
- Developing Compassionate Communites Pembrokeshire
- Facilitate the development of health connecting projects (Talking Cafes, Human Libraries, Mens’ Health initiatives)
- Developing Community Development initiatives around End of Life Care
